We are looking for a Hospitality Manager to join our team in London.Location: 1 Fitzroy Place,, 6 Mortimer St, London W1T 3JJRate of Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:00am - 16:00pmKey responsibilities:Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.Manage general administrative tasks.What\'s in it for you?
