Excavator Operator
The Role
To operate/carry out all relevant duties in excavator driving and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Operating a 360 excavator
Digging trenches, foundations, and other excavation work
Loading and unloading materials
Ensuring that the excavator is properly maintained
Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise
Communicating with other operators, contractors, and clients to ensure the project is on track
Setting up and preparing the site for excavation work
Engage with the General foreman and expected to take responsibility to participate in other works if no excavator work is available
Reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
Conducting pre-operational checks on the excavator
