You’ll deliver personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence..Main Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 & 2:1 care to children in their own home.Build rapport with family members and other staff membersMaking sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practicedRequirements for the role:Minimum of 12 months' experience working closely with people with children with clinical complex needsVentilator Experience - CPAP/BiPAPGastrostomy / Mickey Button ExperienceSeizure Management - Experience with complex seizures & Administering rescue medicineTracheostomy - Experience working with children that have a Tracheostomy on a 1:1 or 2:1 basisYou will also be required to take the child to school via prearranged transportShift Patterns08:00 - 20:00 Monday - SaturdayWe need staff who are able to commit to a Minimum of 2/3 Shifts p/week on an ongoing basisRates of Pay:£16 Flat Rate Monday - SundayBenefits:Book your shifts in advance up to 6 weeks aheadBespoke training given to support roleWeekly Pay & Competitive rates – earn up to £17/hourFree CPD accredited training to help your careerReferral Bonus Scheme – Earn up to £250 per candidate referralUnfortunately, we do not currently offer sponsorship for overseas candidatesINDHPay: £16.00 per hourExpected hours: 24 – 48 per weekWork Location: In person
