and thrive in your way.What you’ll do:Maintain patient and visitor privacy, dignity, and confidentialityDeliver cleaning services in line with Trust/Sodexo policies and proceduresUse, store, and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely (COSHH)Ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials and equipmentReport equipment faults, hazards, and near-miss incidentsParticipate in audits, surveys, and mandatory training (including infection control)Work safely in environments with dirt, smells, bodily fluids, and occasional verbal aggressionSupport safeguarding responsibilities and comply with health and safety regulationsWhat you bring:Physical capability to carry out cleaning duties across various hospital areasEmotional ResilienceBe flexible in their approach, willing to ‘go the extra mile’ to ensure patient care and CDC standards are maintained at all timesUnderstanding of Customer CareAbility to listen and have good communication skillsAdaptable and self-motivatedUnderstanding of Health and SafetyAbility to work under pressureBe able to work as part of a teamTo act on their own initiative and adapt quickly to changeWhat we offer:Working at Sodexo isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to
