The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting a caseload, which includes supporting people to maintain their tenancy and achieve successful outcomes. The position will be offered on a full time permanent contract (35 hours per week), with an annual salary of £27,588.00.You will be entitled to 6 weeks annual leave (plus bank holidays) and full access to our Employee Assistance Programme.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREDExperience of working with people experiencing homelessness or social disadvantage.Experience of strong partnership working including liaising and working closely with a range of housing providers, support services, statutory and non-statutory agencies.
