The venue offers eight versatile event spaces, accommodating between 8 and 200 guests.We are looking for a General Manager to support the mobilisation of the contract and lead the operation. You will manage a small permanent team of two, alongside a larger pool of casual staff for bigger events. Building strong relationships with the client will be key, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and great with people.Key responsibilitiesManaging turnovers of £500-1millionManaging a small team of 2Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offeringLead, develop and manage the team staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainingsDevelop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual businessEnsure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budgetWhat\'s in it for you?
