We are looking for a Hospitality Head Chef to join our team in London.Location: London, SE12AFRate of Pay: £46,000 to £51,000 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm + 1 or 2 evenings until 8pm, Key Responsibilities: Prepare and oversee food preparation to the highest standard, reporting to the Executive Head Chef.Deliver exceptional dining and hospitality experiences across 40 meeting rooms and 4 event spaces.Oversee breakfast, lunch à la carte, hospitality events, and pre-booked private dining and dinners.Lead a team of 12 chefs (7 in the fine-dining restaurant and 5 in the hospitality kitchen).Ensure food is prepared and served on time to support smooth service.Manage stock and ensure ingredients are available for planned menus.Plan creative menus in line with client and customer expectations.Maintain high food quality, hygiene, and safety standards, including COSHH and Food Hygiene training compliance.Manage, support, and coach the kitchen team.Support a flagship site with a bespoke fine-dining restaurant and strong hospitality operation, working within agreed budgets.
