descriptionJob IntroductionThis job puts good food on the table.As a Subway Sandwich
Artist at Sodexo in Royal Stoke Hospital, you’ll play an important part in
preparing and serving nutritious, comforting meals that support patient
recovery and wellbeing. You’ll also help
maintain a clean, safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas.With a cheerful

thrive in your way.What you’ll do:Prepare and produce Subway food for daily service in line with brand specifications and food safety standardsReceive, check, store, and rotate stock correctly to minimise waste and ensure product qualityMaintain high standards of food storage, preparation, hygiene, and uniform complianceEnsure a safe working environment for staff and guests in line with health, safety, and training requirementsDeliver excellent customer service, promote Subway and Sodexo brands, and support positive survey resultsOperate and declare the till accurately, capturing all revenue and completing daily bread countsStay informed on promotions, maintain appropriate stock levels, and upsell products following Subway University trainingComplete required training, appraisals, competency checks, and carry out additional duties to support smooth operationsWhat you bring:Previous food preparation and customer service experience, ideally within a fast-paced or Subway environmentKnowledge of food safety standards (Level 2 Food Safety desirable) with good literacy and numeracy skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues at all levelsStrong time management, organisational skills, and ability to work well under pressureSelf-motivated, positive attitude to learning, and able to work effectively as part of a teamWhat we offer:Working at Sodexo isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to
