Job Title: CleaningLocation: CrawleyContract: Permanent – Part Time 10 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday 2-hour shiftRate of Pay: £14.50 per hourAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, proactive and detail-focused Cleaner to join our team based at the Thermo-Fisher Scientific site in Crawley.You will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning across designated areas of the site. The role will involve a variety of cleaning, laundry and waste duties, working to agreed schedules and following all site, company, health and safety and hygiene procedures.This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, reliability and a positive approach to customer service are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out scheduled cleaning, laundry and waste duties to a high standardMaintain clean, safe and hygienic areas across the siteUse cleaning products, equipment and PPE safely, following COSHH requirementsFollow all site procedures, including health and safety, security and hygiene standardsReport equipment faults, building defects and safety hazards promptlyWork independently and as part of the wider team to deliver excellent serviceWhat We’re Looking ForReliable, trustworthy and proactive with excellent attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamA positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer serviceGood communication and organisational skillsPrevious professional cleaning experience is desirableKnowledge of COSHH, PPE and safe cleaning practices would be beneficialExperience using cleaning machinery or carrying out specialist/GMP cleaning is an advantage, but not essentialWhat We OfferWorking with Sodexo is more than a job it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
