If you take pride in delivering great service and enjoy working as part of a friendly team, we'd love to hear from you.As a General Assistant, you'll help create a safe, clean and welcoming environment where residents can relax, recharge and feel at home.About the RoleThis is a varied and rewarding position supporting housekeeping, cleaning and catering operations across the village.You'll play an important role in maintaining high standards throughout accommodation, communal areas and dining facilities while delivering excellent customer service to residents and visitors.No two days are the same, making it an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a supportive team.What You'll Be DoingDelivering high standards of cleaning and housekeepingMaintaining accommodation, communal areas, kitchens and dining facilitiesCleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and shared spacesSupporting laundry operationsAssisting with food preparation and meal service when requiredMaintaining kitchen, dishwash and dining areas to excellent hygiene standardsReplenishing stock and suppliesCorrectly managing waste and recyclingFollowing COSHH, Health & Safety and hygiene proceduresReporting maintenance issues and resident feedbackSupporting deep cleaning programmes and routine schedulesCreating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for residentsWorking collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent standardsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, catering or customer service is desirableA positive, reliable and hardworking attitudeFriendly and approachable personalityStrong team player who enjoys helping othersGood communication skillsAbility to meet the physical demands of the roleFood Hygiene Certificate is desirable but not essentialNo previous experience?That's okay.
