Expertly sourced, seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and subversive techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.As Pastry Junior Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and play a key role in supervising and developing the more junior members of the brigade.
