Join a welcoming and supportive community where staff are empowered to make a meaningful impact, develop professionally and help pupils realise their full potentialWhat You Will DoOversee the smooth day-to-day running of The Crypt Café, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service for pupils, staff and visitors.Lead and organise daily tasks, supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards.Prepare and serve a range of food and beverages, including cooking main dishes.Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, food safety, health and hygiene across the café.Complete daily due diligence and temperature records, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.Manage cash handling and daily reconciliations in line with College procedures.Monitor stock levels and assist with stock takes as required.Support hospitality events and provide cover in other catering areas when needed.Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, delivering outstanding customer service at every opportunity.What You BringPrevious experience in a catering, café, hospitality or food service environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload.A positive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.The ability to motivate others and work collaboratively as part of a team.
