Job Title: Evening CleanerLocation: SwindonContract: Permanent – Part Time 15 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 6:30pmRate of Pay: £12.96 per hourAbout the RoleSodexo is looking for a reliable and proactive Evening Cleaner to join our team at the Catalent site in Swindon.You'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and professional working environment. Working across designated areas of the site, you'll complete a range of cleaning tasks to agreed standards while following strict Health & Safety, hygiene, security and COSHH procedures.This role would suit someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete scheduled cleaning tasks across designated areas of the siteUse cleaning products, equipment and PPE safely and correctlyFollow all Health & Safety, COSHH, hygiene, infection control and security proceduresFollow site cleaning methods, colour-coding requirements and task instructionsReport equipment faults, building defects and potential hazards promptlyMaintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and customer serviceComplete required training and support other reasonable cleaning tasks when neededWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious cleaning experience, ideally within a commercial, pharmaceutical, laboratory or similar environmentA strong commitment to Health & Safety and following site proceduresReliable, trustworthy and able to work on your own initiativeExcellent attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do approachGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to organise and prioritise tasks effectivelyFlexible, proactive and comfortable working independently or as part of a teamA customer-focused approach with pride in delivering high standardsWhat We OfferWorking with Sodexo is more than a job it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
