Waitstaff:Position Overview:West Court Retreat is dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional dining and hospitality experience in a serene and welcoming environment. As part of our Waiting Staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring guests feel valued, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ServiceWelcome guests warmly.Provide recommendations when needed.Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Serve meals and drinks in accordance with service standards.Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.Operational DutiesSet up dining areas, including arranging tables, cutlery, glassware, and décor.Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the service period.Assist in opening and closing duties such as restocking, polishing, and resetting the dining room.Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate order delivery.Standards & ComplianceFollow West Court Retreat’s service standards and brand values.Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety policies are adhered to at all times.Handle payments accurately using the retreat’s POS system.Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar hospitality environment or customer service is essential.Friendly, professional, and guest-focused manner.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.Good attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service.
