You’ll help keep our coffee and food vending areas running smoothly, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked and welcoming while delivering excellent customer service.What you’ll doReplenish food, drinks and other stock across vending areasKeep vending machines and surrounding areas clean, tidy and well presentedCarry out cleaning duties in line with the site cleaning scheduleMonitor stock levels, rotate products and complete stock countsOrder stock and assist with the purchasing of goodsEnsure food safety, allergen and Health & Safety standards are followedProvide friendly and professional service to customersReport any issues or faults to your Supervisor or ManagerSupport special events and functions when requiredWork collaboratively with the wider catering team and support other departments when neededWhat you’ll bringPrevious experience in a catering, vending or customer service environment is desirableA friendly, professional and customer-focused approachGood attention to detail and high standards of cleanlinessGood numeracy and literacy skillsAbility to work independently and use your initiativeReliable, trustworthy and flexible approachAbility to multitask and prioritise your workloadBasic IT skillsKnowledge of Food Safety and COSHH would be advantageousFlexibility may be required to support operational needs, including occasional support across other sites within the portfolio.Right to Work in the UKSodexo reserves the right to close this advert early if we receive a sufficient number of applications.
