setting, we'd love to hear from you.What you’ll do:Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring consistency and excellent standards at all times.Deliver meals to military personnel and support high-profile events, functions, and special occasions.Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation, ensuring full compliance with EHO regulations.Support large-scale and bulk food production while maintaining quality, presentation, and attention to detail.Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide an outstanding dining experience and efficient service.What you bring:Proven experience as a Chef in a catering, hospitality, or large-scale food service environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.Hold a recognised culinary qualification, such as City & Guilds 706/1 & 2, NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery, or an equivalent certification.Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, demonstrating excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills.Experience within military, government, or contract catering environments is advantageous, as are IOSH certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than
