You'll be at the heart of ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and welcoming, while supporting and developing your team to deliver their very best.What You'll Be DoingLeading daily cleaning operations, including floor care and reactive cleaning tasksSupporting, motivating, and organising your team through effective rota management and trainingCarrying out audits, monthly performance checks, and safety walksManaging cleaning materials and chemicals in line with COSHH regulationsEnsuring cleaning standards consistently meet Sodexo and client expectationsMonitoring performance, managing resources, and reporting incidents where requiredProviding hands-on support and additional cover when neededAbout YouYou'll bring a positive, professional approach and enjoy leading by example.
