Alongside exceptional GCSE and A Level results, AGSB offers a supportive, family-oriented community where staff are empowered to inspire young people, contribute to a rich and varied curriculum, and play a key role in shaping confident, ambitious and well-rounded students.What You Will DoLead and support a team of cleaning staff to maintain exceptional standards across the school.Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are clean, safe and welcoming.Monitor stock levels and organise cleaning supplies and equipment.Support the smooth running of school events, assemblies and meetings.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and safeguarding procedures.Work collaboratively with management to continually improve cleaning services and standards.Provide cover and practical support to the cleaning team when required.What You BringExperience in a cleaning, facilities or operational environment.Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.Good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.Strong organisational and communication skills.A proactive, hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail.The ability to motivate and support a team to achieve high standards.A commitment to delivering outstanding service in a busy school environment.What We OfferWorking with Sodexo isn’t just another job but a chance to be part of something that matters.
