Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to support on Total FM operations across a portfolio of residential developments located in Battersea to ensure full compliance with building safety rules and O&M specifications, providing proactive management of onsite Hard, Soft and M&E services, facilities and building defects. In this role, you will management of all services including new building defects delivered either in-house or by contractors- efficient and cost effective management of contractors on site.Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities.The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and or facilities management and managing statutory compliance within a Total FM environment.
