Working alongside the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie, you'll support the day-to-day food production, helping prepare fresh ingredients and ensuring everything is ready for service.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in a professional kitchen. The role is particularly focused on food preparation, including chopping, washing, peeling and preparing ingredients ready to be cooked by the senior chefs.
