Hospitality SupervisorLocation: LondonRestaurant Associates is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Supervisor to join one of our London operations.Working closely with the management team, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day delivery of restaurant service and workplace hospitality, you’ll lead from the front, support your team during busy periods and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience.This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll help create a positive working environment, maintain excellent standards and make sure the operation runs smoothly from setup through to the end of service.What you’ll be doingLeading and supporting the front-of-house teamCoordinating daily hospitality and event servicesMaintaining high standards of service and presentationSupporting training, rotas and team communicationEnsuring safety and hygiene procedures are followedWhat we’re looking forYou’ll have previous supervisory experience within hospitality, contract catering, restaurants or events.
