We bring places to life through food, service and creativity and we’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in London.Location: Guinness Open Gate Brewery London is 1 Mercer Walk, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9FAWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week, 5/7, daytime and evening shiftsRate of Pay: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum depending on experience Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding serviceDeliver exceptional guest experiencesManage 2 restaurants with 150 covers average and up to 300 covers for eventsManager a team of up to 25 members Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Drive revenue, control costs, and achieve financial targets.Build strong relationships with guests, clients, and stakeholders.Maintain compliance with food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery of food and service.Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the team.Continuously improve service standards through guest feedback and business performance analysis.What\'s in it for you?
