Reporting to the Head of HR and covering for one of the permanent business partners for 6 months, the role will cover a broad range of daily HR and talent operation activities, provide strategic guidance and advice to business units and manage and deliver a number of wide ranging talent projects.  HR Business Partner - About The Role  Partner senior leaders providing day to day HR support and advice to allow the business to meet their business objectives Play integral role delivering companywide projects & initiatives focusing on topics including apprenticeships, M&A, Restructures, L&D. Reporting on talent & HR data to senior business leaders to maximise business output Act as a key point of contact for HR & talent queries offering practical and commercially astute solutions The successful HR Business Partner will be: Experienced HR Generalist with solid experience & understanding across: Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, performance management, policies and procedures, L&D.  Proven record in building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Commercially minded with advanced analytical & communication skills. Confident decision maker. Ability to work in fast paced and changing business environment. Hands-on common sense approach to HR with a can-do attitude to work. Sound organisational skills.  Strong professionalism and credibility.  CIPD Qualified.
