You must have experience of using Planned Maintenance software You must be experienced in scheduling Planned Maintenance, inline with business requirements, and negotiating with various departments Our client is a world leading organisation based at a large site on the outskirts of Bradford. Directly reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role of Maintenance Planner involves working in a small team and incorporates the following tasks and responsibilities: · You will ensure EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance in all planned maintenance activities, review work order and perform quality check of information (unit N°, description of issue). · You will challenge deadlines and adjust after discussion with production. · You will challenge if work can be executed by production within the frame of "Autonomous Maintenance". · You will complete job packs for all work orders, including detailed work scope, labour plan (skills & man-hours), bill of materials, need for central or contract services and personal protection equipment. · You will organise for spare part withdrawals or raise purchase order request and consult relevant parties on plan e.g. site engineer, supervisor. · You will identify potential fall-back work on job plan and potentially overdue jobs and update SAP work-plan library where appropriate. · You will work with a 52-week plan and establish daily and weekly work plans and visualise them for all craftsmen. · You will load schedules including all carry-over or fall-back work from previous weeks, review future week schedules and proposed work to be done. · You will identify additional work on same/associated equipment in order to group scheduled work. · You will ensure all planned maintenance feedback reports are entered into the Document Management System. · You will organise and/or participate in all relevant maintenance meetings. What the successful candidate needs to have:- · 3 GCSE passes (or equivalent) including English Language, Mathematics and one Science subject · A City & Guilds Qualification (or equivalent) in one of the craft disciplines. · Have proven experience in maintenance. · Can problem-solve in a systematic and logical manner. · Have knowledge of appropriate EHS regulations/legislation. Have excellent negotiation skills. · Good computer literacy and experience of using Planned Maintenance software  You will have responsibility from day one in a challenging working environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed team.
