Job Title: HR Business Partner Key Sills: HR Process, Payroll, Costs, Implementation, Policies, Recruitment, Analysis, Development, Reward Location: Bristol, BS34 8JH Daily Rate: £250 - £350 Term: 6 Months IR35 Status: In Scope As an HR Advisor working in our busy HR Department, no 2 days will be the same; from taking ownership of the end to end Employee Life Cycle processes, including offer and system set up to supporting managers with employee relations cases and business changes, you will be operating at the very heart of HR within our business. Our client is refreshing their salary benchmarks with 2018 salary survey data - ensuring that role matches are correct and reviewing the data in areas where we they have concerns with retention and attraction. You will also be supporting the Reward team in their preparations for the 2018 pay award. As part of this project, they are looking to refine their salary increase matrix, to ensure its fit for purpose for this year's pay review. General Responsibilities: * Analytical support to the Reward team to assist in the preparations for the 2018 Pay award. * To develop and refine the pay benchmarking conducted to inform the 2017 pay and performance awards * To develop and refine the pay and cost models built following implementation of the 2017 pay and performance awards If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please apply within.
