We are very pleased to be working closely with our client a newly formed GP Federation who are looking to source a Human Resources Administrator to work alongside the Practice Managers and Business Managers supporting their day to day work and their longer term strategic plans. This role is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week and will be a fixed term contract for 12 months. You will be working out of multiple sites including Ilkley, Settle, Skipton and Keighley but you can choose to be based at the most convenient site but will need to travel between sites on a regular basis so it is essential that you have a full clean driving licence and your own transport. Mileage will be paid when visiting other sites. The main focus of this role will be : Complete a benchmarking audit across sites on HR policy and procedures, highlighting best practice and any areas of concern Support member practices in the standardisation of best practice HR management across all sites Support individual practices in the day to day management of HR administration including: Policy and procedure development and maintenance Recruitment Training and development Appraisal Performance management Disciplinary Any other HR related support may be requested as part of this role It is essential therefore that you have the following experience: Experience in HR Administration (minimum 3 years) Up to date with current HR legislation and best practice Able to work autonomously and across mutliple sites Flexible and responsive to adapt to changing priorities Headway Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
