With demand for money advice consistently outstripping supply, finding more efficient ways of helping people is at the heart of our work. We are now seeking an HR Administrator to join our team on a part time basis for a 12 month contract. Your Role: As an HR Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting recruitment and HR activities from a recruitment perspective and providing vital assistance to the HR Manager. Specifically, you will be involved in the administration for recruitment, the HR database, contracts of employment, role changes, retention and termination. Your role will involve both recruitment and HR administration and will include: - Preparing recruitment packs and organising internal and external job advertisements - Processing candidates, supporting shortlisting and completing offer and contractual paperwork - Supporting new starter processes - Processing benefit-related paperwork and applications - Fielding ad hoc queries from staff and management - Assisting with learning and development activities - Aiding grievance, disciplinary and employee relations activity About You: To be considered as an HR Administrator, you will need: - Proven experience within a HR administration role - Experience of recruitment administration - An organised approach and the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent team-working skills A CIPD qualification to level 3 would be beneficial to your application.
