A well respected aerospace organisation is currently experiencing an ongoing period of growth and success. Due to an ever increasing workload, they are currently looking to recruit Digital, Analogue & Electronics Design specialists to join their dedicated team of Hardware Professionals. The role is based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and is for an initial 6-12 month duration. There is a rate of pay of £45- £46Ltd Per Hour on offer for the successful candidates. Please find the descriptions below: Electronics Design Main day to day duties *Analysis and Design of Electronic Hardware, focused on Digital Design *Producing documentation and schematics in support of the project *Commissioning, V&V and Integration of design. *Assisting in PCB board layout *Identification of Test solutions *Initial manufacture support *Qualification testing support Key Skills and competencies Essential: *Degree qualified in Electronics *Proven Experience in the Aviation Industry Desirable: *Familiarity with Mentor Graphics Tool set *Good verbal and written skills *Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools *Desirable D0254 experience Analogue Main day to day duties *Commissioning, V&V and Integration of design. *Assisting in PCB board layout *Identification of EMC solutions for board design *Initial manufacture support *Qualification testing support Key Skills and competencies *Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering *Significant experience in the Electronics Industry - we are looking for well-rounded experienced engineers rather than deep expertise. *Aerospace DO254 experience *Instrumentation and Amplifiers *Experience of ADC driving and filter design *Experience of IEC61508 for hardware at SIL2/3 *Whole lifecycle experience concept to production for commercial/industrial products *Hands on debugging/root cause experience *Design and test experience for CE EMC *ATEX design for Zone 2 non sparking applications. *PCB layout supervision experience and schematic capture ideally mentor expedition Digital Main day to day duties *Commissioning, V&V and Integration of design *Assisting in PCB board layout *Identification of Test solutions *Initial manufacture support *Qualification testing support Key Skills and competencies *Degree qualified in Electronics Engineering *Significant experience in the Electronics Industry - we are looking for well-rounded experienced engineers rather than deep expertise *Experience of layout to comply with physical requirements of 802.3 (Ethernet) *Whole lifecycle experience concept to production for commercial/industrial products *Hands on debugging/root cause experience *Design and test experience for CE EMC *ATEX design for Zone 2 non sparking applications *PCB layout supervision experience and schematic capture ideally mentor expedition *Electronic Digital Design Experience Please register your interest in the Hardware Design roles by submitting an up to date CV to John Sadler without delay.
