Project Engineer - Electrical M3 / M4 Corridor - Thames Water £30.00 Per hour 12 Month contract Highfield Professional Solutions are currently seeking an Electrically Bias Project Engineer to work along the M3/M4 Corridor looking after Thames Water Projects for a leading contractor within the water sector. The ideal candidate will be qualified to a minimum of a HNC in Electrical Engineering and be able to demonstrate previous water industry experience. As a Project Engineer you will report to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for the delivery of M&E-bias projects with our water company clients in the Thames Water region. Projects generally include pumping stations, filtration upgrades, MCC change-out, site-wide M&E. Other duties will include but not be limited to ensuring that safety and the environment are considered and actively managed throughout the project life cycle, liaise with the design team and commissioning team to ensure quality, time and safety targets are being met, coordinate our in-house construction teams and supply chain partners to ensure site works are delivered to quality, time and safety targets, maintain a continuous focus on programme and budget through the project life cycle, manage scope change and ensure that the associated technical and commercial risks are addressed, manage multiple projects at once, liaise with and coordinate with key client stakeholders in both the engineering and operations sides of the client business Skills and experience * Mechanical or electrical qualification HNC or degree level * Working as part of a team * Liaison with design & manufacturing teams * Produce Method Statements & Risk Assessments * Complying with the companies Quality Management System * Complying with the companies H&S Procedures * Carry out site surveys * Attend technical reviews and HAZOP/HAZCOMM meetings as required * CSCS Card National Water Hygiene Card - EUSR For more information please call Tom Mlinar on [Phone number removed] or send a copy of your cv
