Safety, Health, Environment Engineer - Leiden, Netherlands €44 - €48 Per Hour Tasks and Responsibilities   Ensure that the requirements of ISO 14001.2015 are established & implemented   Monitors the EHS&S management action plan to ensure effective close out.   Defines, implements and controls a focused and effective EHS management system tailored to the operational needs of the organization.   Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to any issues raised by audits and reviews.   Provide training, both general and specific to employees as appropriate.   Act as champion to all the elements within the scope of our EHS&S Management System.   Provide guidance to all EHS groups   Technical Skills and Additional Details   Have a professional Safety or Environmental Education (University Bachelor Level or higher )   Work experience in similar job and industry environment.   Excellent communication skills, able to quickly build credibility within the site, JnJ EHS community, executive management, external regulators, and industry.   Strong collaboration and influence management skills to promote EHS&S effectively within the site.   Proven track record of demonstrating collaboration across the organization and at all levels   Accountability, with a strong desire to commit, be held accountable and be rewarded for delivering results   Ability to recognize, build support for change and engage in constructive conflict.   High tolerance for ambiguity in a complex environment   Ability to make the complex clear and easily understood by others   Ability to build partnerships both internally and externally   Capacity to put safety central to all thinking   Ability to discern critical issues amidst broad operating unit complexity and to engage and achieve executive management support for proactive and reactive measures   Language Skills: Dutch, Proficiency level C2/C1 English Proficiency level B2/C1. Able to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and legal documents in English. Able to write technical reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Able to monitor changes in the regulatory environment, evaluate the impact and communicate to interested parties. Able to communicate compliance requirements to business unit functions and other personnel affected. Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and employees. Safety or Environmental Education (University Bachelor Level or higher, eg HVK MoSHE or equivalent) Proven expert in ISO14001.2015 Have Engineering FDA regulations GMP (Good manufacturing practice) experience Johnson & Johnson is an American multinational medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods manufacturer founded in 1886.
