Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a Maths teacher on behalf of our client secondary school, situated on the Rochdale/Manchester border.

Due to an upcoming gap within our client schools Maths department, there is an open vacancy for a qualified Maths teacher to join them from September, with the likelihood this will result in a permanent contract with the school.

- Payment in line with MPS/UPS (�22,917 - �38,250)

- Ofsted graded Good RC secondary school

- Full time Maths teacher required

- September 2018 start date, potential to start prior to Summer break

- Located short distance from M62 and M60 motorway, linking school to surrounding areas

Our client is a well established Catholic secondary situated on the Rochdale/Manchester border with excellent links due to the locality of two motorways. The school serves the local catchment area with the vast majority of the 1100 students currently attending living within a small radius to the school. The school meets the government's current floor standards, which are the minimum expectations for pupils' progress across a number of subjects, including English and mathematics, by the end of Year 11.

“We wish to appoint a Maths teacher from September to work in our Maths department on an ongoing basis, initially on a temporary basis for the first term, with a view to securing a position directly with ourselves. The incoming Maths teacher will be required to work across Key Stage 3 and 4, and will be supported by an experienced faculty and excellent Head of Department”

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
