This award winning 2 AA rosette gastro pub, situated in picturesque Norfolk, are searching for a strong Chef de Partie to join thir talented kitchen brigade.

This property is famous for its freshly prepared cuisine. All ingredients used throughout the menu are created by an enthusiastic and passionate team who source all produce locally, making full use of the wonderful produce of the area in season. It ranges from obtaining the mussels, oysters and samphire, asparagus and strawberries from local farmers to picking the herbs from the local allotments.

Experience required:

- Hardworking and dedicated attitude
- The ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
- Experience using fresh ingredients in a busy, high volume establishment
- NVQ Level 1& 2 or equivalent
- Experience in fine dining/brasserie at Chef de Partie level
- Food Hygiene certificate
