Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit an Operations and Administration Manager to join the team at the Volkswagen training centre in Milton Keynes.

What will I be responsible for?

As our Operations and Administration Manager, you will take on a key position within the contract 1st Line Management Team and directly support the rest of the contract in the achievement of demanding contract SLA's. Daily tasks will include:

- Leading and develop the Ops & Admin function to ultimately deliver an exceptional delegate experience
- Facilitating the capture and analysis of data and insight through ad-hoc reporting, regular monthly contract reporting and post-event evaluation
- Provision of 1st line support to the retailer network, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and customer-focused
- Relationship Management: suppliers, delegates, client
- Supporting the development, maintenance and utilisation of the chosen LMS
- Providing support to on-contract staff
- Management of recruitment and selection within the Ops & Admin Team

Who are we looking for?

As our ideal Operations and Administration Manager, you will have experience of managing multi-disciplined teams, ideally within a customer-facing and customer service focused environment. You will also have the following skills and experience:

- Ability to quickly establish effective relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and team members
- Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Logical approach with a high level of numeracy and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work closely with others as part of a team
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
