IT Support Analyst, with strong 1st Line & 2nd Line Support across Windows Server, Exchange & Active Directory technologies, is required for an organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, for an initial 3 month contract, paying from �100 - �140 / day.

Working for a leading organisation within the IT support & IT helpdesk functions, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing phone based and deskside / desktop support for all users within the organisation. This will include supporting IT applications, software, Microsoft Office and Outlook applications, including adding/deleting/amending user details / groups / permissions. The technical environment will include Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows 7/10.

Required Skills:
- Strong IT Support background
- Strong experience of 1st line and 2nd line support
- Experience of supporting Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
- Current driving licence required for occasional site visits (company van provided)

This position would suit an IT Support Analyst / Support Technician / Support Engineer / Systems Administrator / Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / 1st Line Support / 2nd Line Support, who has strong experience of supporting users across Exchange and Active Directory at 1st line and 2nd line support levels.

This IT Support Analyst position is looking to start ASAP, will be based in Portsmouth, paying from �100 - �140 / day (depending upon background and experience) – Limited / Umbrella Company
