Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Warden to join our team based at Camberley House in London. You will join us on full time, fixed term basis of 6 months, and will receive a competitive salary from £25,000 per annum. The Warden role: An exciting opportunity has come up for a Warden to provide a highly visible presence in the area to assist with investigating incidents of anti-social behaviour, estate security, tenancy enforcement and general quality of life issues. We are looking for someone who can develop professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders in order to support our customers. You'll be approachable and ready to advise and support our customers with resolving their queries and issues and ensuring expectations are managed.   The Warden shift: You will be required to work your basic 7 hours per day on a shift basis as part of a rota System which could require you to start at 8am or finish at 12midnight, in order to respond to the requirements of the service.  On some occasions, this may involve shifts outside of these hours. You are required to be flexible and organise your working hours to ensure the effective delivery of all required services and projects, taking into account any evening and weekend working and subject to line management approval.  Knowledge/skills/experience required by the Warden: - Experience of community involvement - Proven experience of delivering excellent customer care - Excellent communication skills - Proven ability to defuse difficult and challenging situations - Current full clean driving licence - This role has a pan London scope and the successful applicant will be expected to patrol and travel between sites without the provision of transport. - Desirable - Relevant professional qualification Closing date & time: 10th May 2018 - 5pm If you feel you have the skills and experience needed to become our Warden click 'Apply' now to be directed to our careers page and complete your application.
