A global trading corporation is looking for Japanese speaking PA / Team Secretary to join their busy HR division for a maternity cover FTC of 12 months in which you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the HR team.

Whilst also supporting the HR team, part of your role will also to act as PA for the Head of HR on an ad-hoc basis in both English and Japanese therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, whilst being able to build and maintain excellent working relationships across all areas of the business. Other responsibilities will include inbox and diary management scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements, arranging visa's, booking restaurants, processing expenses, preparing presentations, managing office supplies, looking after overseas guests to the London office as well liaising with the corporation's offices across the globe.

* First class written and verbal communications skills in both Japanese and English
* Demonstrable experience as a Team Assistant/Team Secretary/Bilingual Secretary/PA /Personal Assistant
* Experience of working in a fast paced, FSTE 100/ blue-chip/ international environment working environment
* Highly organised and able to manage your own workload as needed whilst juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a short time frames.
* Impeccable interpersonal skills, adaptable, approachable, committed, flexible, diligent, discreet
* Excellent numerical and IT skills - working knowledge of SAP highly beneficial
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
