Teaching Personnel are looking for a behaviour mentors to work with key stage 2 students in an alternative provision attached to a mainstream Primary School within the Kidbrooke area. If you are available immediately and would like to develop your career working with children that present challenging behaviour then we would love to hear from you.

You will need to be calm and patient, and understand that relationships with these students are built over time. We are looking for someone that has experience of supporting students who display difficult behavioural characteristics and can give examples of students that you have developed a positive relationship with. Team Teach training is highly desirable, as restraint may become a significant part of this role.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
