Training Operations Course coordinator

Watford - 8 Month Contracts

£22,000 - £25,500

Your role:

* Co-ordinate training activities and, where necessary, supporting medicals on behalf of the assigned Business Units
* Obtain training evidence from new starters
* Co-ordinate initial training programs for new starters
* Administer and organise training activities for both internal and external courses
* Manage an efficient booking system for all training requests
* Raise purchase orders for external suppliers / trainers
* General office administration as and when required
* Prepare and distribute training-related communications when required
* Co-ordinate NVQ programs and any other industry accreditation across the company

Key Skills:

* Experience in a busy administrative/co-coordinator role
* Experience of working within a team
* Good organisational skills and a pro-active approach
* Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
