We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and driven person to join the busy team as a Care -Recruitment Consultant in Bridgwater and surround,supplying staff into Nursing and Residential Homes. Candidates need to have a flair for Sales and Care and we are looking for candidates that can demonstrate both! We are ideally seeking candidates that have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or are at least working towards this.

You will have excellent communication skills, be resilient, confident and self assured. We are looking to grow this branch through organic sales and New Business opportunities. This role will involve sales over the telephone and face to face, for that reason a driving licence is essential.

We are seeking candidates that can negotiate, enjoy the feeling success brings, are 100% committed to delivering excellent customer service. Applicants must be able to think on their feet, prioritise and juggle their work load often on an hourly basis.

Skills Direct Ltd primarily provide Industrial, Commercial and Driving work through this branch, on both a temporary and permanent basis.

1. Service and develop already existing clients
2. Develop the business through sales, both over the telephone and face to face
3. Register candidates, comply with all legal obligations involved in this process and treat this information in the correct way, fully complying with GDPR at all times.
4. Assist with inputting candidate hours weekly into our front end recruitment system
5. Advertise, market and place vacancies on various recruitment channels such as Facebook, Linkedin and Job Boards.
6. CV Search and resource suitable candidates for various assignment.
7. Offer support on other divisions within branch/in other branches as required.
8. Attend client meetings both Sales and Servicing.
9. Have excellent administration skills and be computer literate
10. Have an enthusiastic and 'can do' attitude
12. Possess an excellent telephone voice

No previous experience is required, however, we are ideally looking for somebody that has previous business to business sales experience.

Working hours are typically 0830-1730 Monday to Friday, however flexibility is needed to suit the needs of the business. This role also involves an element of 'on call' outside of office hours.
