Position: Regeneration Project Manager

Location: Various- London, and sites/projects in Plymouth

Rate: 25-38ph

Duration: 12 weeks temporary (potential extension/permanent role)

Role profile:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Regeneration Project Manager for a large Housing Association based in Central London. Covering projects around London and Greater London.

Responsibilities will include undertaking a number of regeneration project management related tasks from approval to completions, working closely with the Head of Regeneration.

This includes:

- Supporting the Head of Regeneration Projects to project manage individual regeneration projects from approval to completion
- Ensuring projects are kept on budget and to agreed timescales
- Working with other teams in the business including Development and Finance to ensure projects are kept on track in terms of delivery, risk management and budget
- Effectively monitor and report on project progress
- Ensure effective stakeholder management for the projects internally and externally including: local teams, local authorities, schools and community groups
- Work with the Communications team to effectively market and promote the project and respond to any media opportunities
- Be the main contact for individual project design teams for day-to-day enquiries
- Manage any Project Officers hired as required to ensure effective performance and personal development

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate must have particular knowledge in the delivery of construction and built environment related project programmes from within large/complex organisations.

- Must be Educated to Degree, HNC or equivalent in an appropriate discipline, or possess relevant experience
- A clean current driving license and use of a car
- Experience of successfully managing projects to time and budget
- Excellent communication skills with a range of audiences
- Experience of managing budgets
- Good understanding of the regeneration process
- Professional membership to a relevant body
