Premier Education is recruiting for an ICT & Computing Teacher to join the Department at a secondary school in Manchester. This one year fixed term contract will begin in September.

The role would involve a full-time timetable teaching ICT & Computing to KS3-4. A responsibility of planning, teaching and assessment would be expected of the candidate; as well as attending CPD, staff meetings and planning meetings.

The preferred candidate will be a specialist in ICT & Computing with a passion for the subject; strong classroom management and a proven track record. The candidate must hold the qualifications and have the experience of teaching ICT & Computing to at least KS4. The candidate must set high expectations of all students at all times and have excellent behaviour management.

To be considered for this position you will need:
• Hold UK QTS;
• Recent experience of Teaching ICT & Computing in UK;
• Have the qualifications and experience of delivering ICT & Computing KS3-4;
• Have excellent subject knowledge;
• Have recent experience of working in KS3-4;
• To be an excellent classroom practitioner;
• Have a proven track-record;
• Have a good team ethic, want to support and make a difference;
• Help foster a culture of high expectations and achievement across the school.
