Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of our partner secondary school located in the Wirral to source the support of a cover supervisor. This position is to start immediately and is a fantastic role for a graduate to utilise their knowledge in a secondary school environment. It is also a unique opportunity for any graduates who are thinking of completing their teaching training in the near future:

* Graduate/looking for experience before starting teaching practice
* Full & part-time hours available
* Covering pre set work
* Develop behaviour management skills
* School based in Wallasey, Wirral

Your role as a cover supervisor will be to support across all year groups in the school lessons. There will also be the opportunity to tutor small groups with past exam papers ahead of the upcoming GCSE period. Therefore being able to build rapport with young people is essential. You must also be able to display empathy to their learning needs.

Our partner secondary school is regularly over-subscribed and has received several awards from the local community for the outcomes it achieves for its pupils. It is located a short drive away from the nearby motorway making it accessible from the.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
