Trainee In-House Electrical Technician required for ENERCON Services UK

Location - Huntingdon, PE29 6XU

We are looking for an apprentice with 3 - 5 years Electrical experience or a university graduate with an Electrical or

engineering degree to join our team in Huntingdon.

As the Trainee In-House Electrical Technician, you will be office based, taking incoming phone calls from technicians, suppliers, customers and assisting with electrical problems that may arise from the office and in the field.

A proactive, motivated, resourceful, team player is needed in this challenging and exciting position. Ability to stick to deadlines and finish work to the highest standard is required.

Trainee Electrical Technician Responsibilities -

- Be the first point of contact for all Electrical queries within the UK
- Liaise with 2nd Level support in Germany for technical solutions
- Check and process technical notifications raised by Service Technicians
- Liaise effectively with the service dispatch coordinators to ensure that all maintenance work is completed and technicians have the necessary means to correct and maintain all aspects of the Turbines
- When and where necessary, travel to turbines sites throughout the UK.


Trainee Electrical Technician Skills and requirements -

- Level 3 Electrical qualifications; ideally you will be a time served apprentice or University Graduate with Electrical or Engineering degree
- 17th Edition
- Must be computer literate
- Ideally must be able to read electrical diagrams
- Highly health and Safety conscious.
- A full (clean) driving license is essential
- Excellent health and fitness levels are essential for this role.
- Must be good with heights
- A team player, flexible and resourceful individual is required for our teams.
