We currently have a great opportunity for university graduates with autism experience looking for secure full-time and long term work where they can make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.

There are posts both to start immediately and in September with the school looking to hold practical interviews and trial days immediately for successful candidates.

This lovely, multi-ethnic and collaborative school in Hayes are committed to staff development and progression within the school with all roles being for a full academic year from start date with a potential permanent placement after successful completion along with regular specialist training and team bonding activities. With a friendly and supportive staff, in-house therapists, educational psychologists and senior leadership - this school works as a team with each staff member valued for their hard work, creativity and determination they bring to the school.


* University Degree (UK based or in UK naric)
* Autism experience in SEN/Mainstream or non-educational environment
* Live in the borough of Hillingdon or be able to travel to Hayes daily and be punctual
* Commitment to full-time work for a minimum of an academic year (8:30-4:30 hours)
* Commitment to continual development and learning
* Professionalism and a positive conduct
* Resilience and a sense of humour

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
