Contingent Labour Advisor - £26 PH – Rolling Contract – Coventry This role sits in Talent Acquisition and works on best practices as regards the use of Contingent Labour and contributes to the development and deployment of the policies, processes and initiatives as appropriate. Duties are to identify, quantify and drive the completion contingent workforce related cost savings initiatives associated with costs savings target, progress against which will be monitored closely, support successful and effective contingent workforce engagement through rate benchmarking and the challenge of exceptional rates, understand and support the development of contingent workforce policies, standards and practices and support their deployment and adhere through engagement of suppliers, business partners, support functions and end users. Candidates will have the ability to engage at all levels, including senior leaders to influence and drive change, challenge existing practices to achieve business improvements, experience of business process mapping and optimisation, experience of change management, commercially minded with the ability to understand business function that this role supports, previous experience of Project Management experience using Project Management techniques, project planning and risk management etc. Have an understanding of contingent workforce management best practices and tools such as MSP, Managed Vendor, VMS risks (AWR/IR35).
