Easylet Letting Agents has a vacancy for a full time Office Manager. We are looking for: Minimum of five years previous experience in the lettings industry, preferably in a senior role The ability to develop new business opportunities and to network locally. The successful candidate would need strong administrative skills and be committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service and integrity. A professional appearance and manner is required and a vibrant outgoing personality. Full clean driving licence essential. Company car is normally available during office hours. This is primarily an office based role, supervising and motivating a small team. You would be responsible for overseeing the ongoing management of several hundred properties. This role has been held by the same member of staff for 19 years, who has recently moved out of the area. Easylet is a long established specialist residential letting agency. Now in our 26th year. Responsibilities and Duties Daily supervision and motivation of a lettings team Overseeing the ongoing management of several hundred properties Developing new business strategies Rental Valuations Dealing with problems and complaints Administration in all aspects of lettings Mainly office based Qualifications and Skills Proven track record within the lettings industry at a senior level Benefits Job Type: Full-time Basic Salary: £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 /year - depending on experience. Plus additional commission payments for reaching office monthly targets Profit sharing for business growth
