The Role To provide the business with sales force effectiveness data through existing platforms and through engaging with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and to bring data related innovations to the business. In this role you will be a key member of the UK and Ireland Commercial Excellence Team, operating within a high profile area of the business where your contributions will be highly visible. Key deliverables Providing the business with effective and timely reports to enable brand teams to make informed decisions to drive strategy and tactic development To process data through established and new reporting platforms To identify opportunities to streamline existing processes Liaise with data providers to ensure timely and accurate reporting Support the transition of reporting functions into a robust and sustainable data model Candidate requirements Previous experience of working with data in either an academic or work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) Strong analytical skills Ability to work to tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment where there may be conflicting priorities. Pro-active and resourceful approach, ability to recognise issues early and determine solutions. Preferable but not essential: Previous work experience in a finance or data reporting role Advanced MS (Excel & Access Databases, Sharepoint) Competencies Innovation, Digital and future oriented Self-Leadership Customer & service focused Teamwork Results Oriented
