Part time role - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

6 months fixed term contract

Based at Head Office in Luton, Bedfordshire

Purpose of Role:

To ensure the ‘Weekly Statement of Trade’ submissions from allocated sites comply with our Cash and Stock Policy.

Responsible for:

Validating the ‘Weekly Statement of Trade’ submissions for approx. 100 sites. Ensuring reliable, timely and accurate information is provided to internal customers.

Principle duties/Responsibilities:

The key tasks of the role will include:

Full responsibility for validating and processing the weekly submissions from allocated sites.
Producing journals to correct the P&L where anomalies are found.
Escalating any concerns to internal departments, Audit or Area Managers.
Communicating relevant information with internal customers.
A variety of Ad Hoc tasks are allocated across the team and include archiving, reporting, dealing with queries, etc.
Presenting key information to General and Area Managers.
Sorting and logging the post

Qualifications/Experience:

The ideal candidate must have a basic understanding of Finance and IT with intermediate Excel skills. Previous experience in the pub/restaurant industry or working within the office environment would be beneficial.
