Senior Payroll Administrator - Implementation

£30,000 - £40,000 pa

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

A professional and enthusiastic Senior Payroll Administrator is required immediately to join a Public Sector Organisation based in the Cardiff area for an immediate start. You will be responsible for the set-up, configuration and delivery of the new system.

Ideally you will have previous exposure of working with I-Trent and have a proven track record within HR, payroll and pension funds. Experience of implementing a complex payroll within a large organisation is also essential.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the set-up of the project by working with senior managers, to organise plans and deliver the implementation project
- Review current procedures to identify areas of improvement going forward
- Establish and gather all of the HR/Payroll and data requirements
- Responsibility for the system set-up and oversee the parallel payroll process
- Work closely with the technical implementation team for configuration purposes
- Complete parallel testing and full reconciliation of payroll items
- Develop user guides and manuals to support the organisations development and training
