Part ll Architectural Assistant - West Sussex

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 DOE

The Company

A medium-sized RIBA Chartered Architectural practice based near Sussex are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Part ll Architectural Assistant, working on a range of medium to large scale residential developments at all RIBA stages.

You will be joining a vibrant and friendly office based on the seafront which is currently around 50 strong.

Alongside excellent progression opportunities, the office promote social events, good work/ life balance and CPD seminars. There is lots of free parking close to the office.

The Role

The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team to assist on the development of design proposals and solutions for residential-led outline and detailed planning applications. They will also prepare drawings, schedules, reports, and visualisations, and coordinate designs with other consultants.

Required Skills & Experience

- Part ll qualified
- A minimum of 1 years UK experience post Part II, ideally working in the residential sector
- A good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations
- AutoCAD and Sketch-up proficiency
- Experience in Revit is essential
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
